Village of Endicott Seeks Homeowners Interested in Home Repair Grant Program
The Village of Endicott is seeking interested homeowners as it prepares to apply for funding through the New York State Affordable Housing Corporation (AHC) to assist eligible residents with needed home repairs.
The proposed Home Repair Program would help rehabilitate substandard, owner-occupied single-family homes within Village boundaries. The Village is working with Thoma Development Consultants to identify interested homeowners and prepare its grant application.
Eligible repairs may include roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating, insulation, windows, doors, masonry, painting, and interior or exterior carpentry.
Who May Qualify?
Homeowners must reside in a single-family home within the Village of Endicott, meet household income requirements, and have a demonstrated need for home repairs. Additional eligibility requirements apply.
Household income limits vary by household size, ranging from $50,400 for a one-person household to $95,000 for an eight-person household. Additional income guidelines are provided in the attached program flyer.
